This Privacy Policy describes how Grzegorz Ślusarski ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in relation to the mobile application Habbbit ("App").

1. Overview

Habbbit is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require user accounts and we do not collect personally identifiable information directly.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store:

  • Name, email address, or contact details
  • Location data
  • Contacts or personal files
  • Any personal identifiers

3. Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Habit session history
  • Usage statistics and insights
  • App preferences

4. Cloud Backup

On supported platforms, your data may be backed up using:

  • Google Drive (Android)
  • Apple iCloud / Keychain (iOS)

This data is controlled by your personal account with those providers. We do not access or store this data on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

a) RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may process anonymous purchase data, device identifiers, and subscription status.

b) Sentry
We use Sentry for error monitoring and performance tracking. This data is used strictly to improve app stability and performance.

6. Purchases

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store or process payment information.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

8. Data Retention

Since we do not store user data on our servers, data retention is controlled entirely by the user and their device backups.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or applicable age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have rights regarding their data. Because we do not store personal data on our own servers, you may exercise these rights by:

  • Deleting your session data and history within the App settings.
  • Managing or deleting your backups directly within your Google Drive or iCloud settings.
  • Contacting our third-party partners (RevenueCat and Sentry) regarding any device-specific identifiers they may process.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
