These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Habbbit, developed by Grzegorz Ślusarski.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Habbbit is a productivity tool that provides habit tracking functionality, statistics, and insights.

3. Subscriptions & Pro Purchases

• The App offers a "Pro" version accessible via monthly or annual subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your store account settings.
• One-time purchases provide permanent access to current Pro features without additional renewal fees.

4. No Guarantees

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Data & Backup Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend exporting your habit history regularly.

6. Data Loss Disclaimer

Grzegorz Ślusarski is not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to loss caused by device malfunction, app deletion, or failed backups.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grzegorz Ślusarski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services such as RevenueCat and Sentry. We are not responsible for their operation or policies.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
